With Porter & Sail releasing their Sydney section, they wanted to see Sydney and it beautiful locations such as Coogee Pavilion, Bondi Icebergs, and Carriageworks Markets, through the eyes of photographer local to the area. PAUL VAN KAN has shot many restaurants and iconic locations for print and was chosen for this project. The collection covered subjects from the food to the characters, the locations and culture whilst adhering strictly to the style of images Porter & Sail wanted.
